Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams (software engineers, QA engineers, and application support), setting goals and performance expectations.
  • •Own delivery and technical execution for Manufacturing Technology initiatives, managing capacity, sprints, resources, and delivery risks.
  • •Develop and support manufacturing technology platforms and applications (including MES/SAP DM), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and lifecycle management.
  • •Drive engineering excellence and modern practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted development while setting engineering standards.
  • •Ensure operational stability and security-by-design, leading incident root cause analysis and coordinating vendor/partner delivery quality and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • •8+ years in software engineering, application development, integration engineering, or enterprise technology delivery.
  • •3+ years leading engineering teams with people management, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
  • •Experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale business applications and digital platforms, including Agile roadmaps and technical backlogs.
  • •Knowledge of cloud-native development and SDLC, APIs and microservices, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, and secure software development lifecycle.
