Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and ship AI features from concept to production, including agents, assistants, insights and more
  • •Design and implement backend services for AI integrations and data pipelines
  • •Build robust APIs and abstractions for internal AI usage
  • •Drive system scalability through caching, optimization and processing patterns
  • •Contribute to the evolution of AI infrastructure, including architecture and evaluation/iteration pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •Backend engineer who has shipped AI products in the OpenAI & Anthropic era, especially text and data-heavy AI applications
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and LLM API optimization (costs, latency, etc)
  • •Familiarity with RAG architectures and technologies
  • •AI observability experience; ability to quantify impact of AI features
  • •Bonus: experience with agent frameworks and design
