Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily vehicle inventory appearance and security, keeping zones and parking areas organized for efficient operations.
•Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory using shipping/receiving processes to support accurate vehicle records.
•Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (including locator pairing, photos, and key security) to ensure readiness for sale/auction.
•Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to deliver accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
•Support auction operations and contribute to new associate training while following CarMax EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.4 - 36.9 hourly

•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately enter data to maintain reliable inventory records.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with associates across multiple departments.
•Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays), and operate outdoors in inclement weather.
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience, with commitment to complete required CarMax training and follow wholesale/inventory procedures.
