Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily vehicle inventory appearance and security by keeping zones and parking areas organized and optimized for operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys) to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to provide accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
  • •Support auction operations and contribute to associate training while following CarMax EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.
