Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining high service standards.
