Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle insurance or pension plan queries and administrative requests on time while meeting unit quality standards.
  • •Support SLA compliance through proactive involvement and commitment.
  • •Enable insurance/pension business generation from the unit by providing commercial support to offices.
  • •Proactively advise the sales network across relevant topics.
  • •Participate in evolving operations, procedures, and products; identify and report improvements and incidents and propose alternative solutions when possible.
