Training Cell Junior Supervisor

Design and implement competency tool sets to identify training requirements and record completed training for aircraft maintenance staff. Supervise personnel running training activities, update training materials for system and capability changes, and establish training schedules and delivery programs. Deliver induction and continuation training (including Manual Handling and Working at Height) and complete training records to demonstrate competency and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
