Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end RFPs, tenders, and contract workflows while serving as the central hub between customers, leadership, and internal teams. Own governance activities (cadences, agendas, actions, risks, executive reporting) and keep program documentation, delivery tracking, and visibility up to date. Support strategic communications for the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, and drive process improvements to enhance contract management and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFPs, tenders, and contract workflows, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
•Serve as the key coordination point between customers, leadership, and internal teams to drive commercial and delivery outcomes.
•Manage governance activities, including meeting cadences, agendas, actions, risks, and executive reporting.
•Maintain program documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility, accountability, and progress.
•Support strategic communications (briefings, presentations) for the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, and implement process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 140,000 annually

•Experience in commercial operations, program delivery, PMO, executive support, or a similar coordination-focused role.
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong experience supporting tenders, contracts, governance processes, or customer-facing delivery programs.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging senior leaders and external customers.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
