Key Responsibilities

•Own strategy and execution for material flow, material planning, and intra-factory logistics across the Arsenal campus from inbound receiving through line-side delivery, WIP movement, and finished goods shipment.
•Design factory material flow from first principles (line layouts, storage strategies, point-of-use replenishment, and traffic patterns) to eliminate bottlenecks.
•Proactively identify and resolve imbalances from inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing constraints, and other production limitations through cross-functional resolution.
•Own KPIs and reporting for a high-velocity factory, including inventory accuracy, line-side availability, dock-to-stock time, dwell time, throughput, capacity utilization, and material-driven downtime.
•Establish and run the material planning function aligning supply to highly variable demand across programs, and translate data/modeling into floor improvements using value stream mapping, line balancing, simulation, and Lean principles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in supply chain, material flow, or manufacturing operations in a high-rate environment building complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
•4+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
•Demonstrated ownership of material flow and/or material planning at scale with measurable improvements to throughput, inventory, and operational efficiency.
•Strong understanding of factory design, line layout, and intra-factory logistics for hardware manufacturing, plus ability to read and interpret drawings and CAD data.
