Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platforms.
  • •Develop AI use cases such as agent assist, copilots, QA automation, and document intelligence.
  • •Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes, including feasibility assessments and ROI analysis.
  • •Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation and ensure workflow automation readiness.
  • •Deploy, maintain, monitor, and continuously optimize automation solutions while ensuring AI governance and responsible AI compliance.
