Job Summary

Design, build, and scale AI and automation solutions that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across enterprise processes. Own solution delivery by identifying automation opportunities, running feasibility and ROI analysis, translating business requirements into technical approaches, and deploying solutions. Collaborate with Process Excellence teams, monitor performance and adoption, and continuously optimize automation assets while ensuring AI governance, responsible AI, and risk/ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platforms.
•Develop AI use cases such as agent assist, copilots, QA automation, and document intelligence.
•Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes, including feasibility assessments and ROI analysis.
•Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation and ensure workflow automation readiness.
•Deploy, maintain, monitor, and continuously optimize automation solutions while ensuring AI governance and responsible AI compliance.
