Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform DFA for products and related jigs.
  • •Perform PFMEA to support error-less implementation and manage product quality in production.
  • •Develop and validate production processes for each project type prior to HVM.
  • •Resolve unknown engineering issues in the production line in real time.
  • •Establish new production lines at CM sites from an engineering POV and lead CM engineering parties to excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechanical or Industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant NPI/production engineering experience.
  • •Experience leading projects in an electro-mechanical context and managing CMs/vendors.
  • •Experience in project management, production management, or quality leadership at a CM’s site.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong English reading and writing.
