  • •Regularly communicate with external clients to understand business and program goals and present analytical results, insights, and recommendations.
  • •Lead and guide large, complicated analytical projects with high quality, milestone updates, and efficient prioritization.
  • •Identify and adopt emerging analytical/technical capabilities and mentor others through technical and business guidance.
  • •Engage in cross-functional analytics community initiatives and act as an analytics thought-partner.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in an analytical function.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Advanced experience with modern data analysis and pipeline tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Python, Git/GitHub).
  • •Advanced experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • •Client-facing experience and consulting background; extensive analytics domain experience in CPG and/or client/supplier/agency side.
