  • •Demonstrated expertise managing workers’ compensation claims, with knowledge of casualty lines such as auto and general liability.
  • •Strong relationship management and communication skills to build trust and collaborate with clients, carriers, TPAs, and Account Executives.
  • •Experience developing and executing strategic service plans, managing budgets, and delivering consulting services on time.
  • •Analytical problem-solving skills to evaluate claims data, identify trends, conduct claim reviews, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes and reduce total cost of risk.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; maintain clear written and verbal communication.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; producer/broker licensing may be required after hiring.
