Join WorkOS’s People team to help scale hiring as the company doubles headcount this year. You’ll manage candidates end-to-end, design innovative sourcing strategies for passive talent, and partner with hiring managers to improve candidate experience and closing. You’ll also refine interview loops and competencies, track recruitment metrics, strengthen referral programs, and champion DEI across the recruiting process in a fast-paced, remote environment.
