Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage candidates through the full interview process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • •Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse passive candidates.
  • •Advise hiring managers throughout the hiring process as a trusted partner.
  • •Improve candidate closing processes and strengthen referral programs for network-based referrals.
  • •Track recruitment metrics, gather candidate feedback, and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies. Champion DEI in recruiting activities.
