Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems on-site.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for installations and repairs and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets; mentor team members and support overtime/occasional overnight stays as needed.
