Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop datasets linking supplier spend to operational costs and revenues to support cost reduction decisioning.
  • •Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model development to enable fact-based management decisions with customer and revenue visibility.
  • •Collaborate with cost management, procurement category managers and buyers, and other analytics teams; contribute as a team of data experts to meet program objectives.
  • •Review analysis, MI, and reporting to identify key themes, trends, and risks affecting organizational objectives.
  • •Lead initiatives to improve cost management capabilities, embed data management/quality practices, and ensure data tool/standards compliance and data governance across systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems with data and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience preparing and interpreting Management Information (MI) reports, with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to develop and deliver project plans and outcomes with limited supervision.
  • •Key technical skills including relational databases, SQL, and Python.
  • •Prior cost management experience (financial institution, regulatory agency, or major consulting firm) and a strong understanding of bank global businesses/functions are desirable.
