Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Support safe store operations through stockroom standards and processes, moving dynamically to assess and fulfill business and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and requires constant movement around the store areas.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
