Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and architects to translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded with the client and delivered from early engagement.
  • •Challenge assumptions, identify where AI creates meaningful value, and shape solutions that are commercially viable and technically feasible at enterprise scale.
  • •Create a working prototype in Consulting, then take use cases from prototype to production-grade agentic systems in Studios.
  • •Configure and deploy pre-built agentic products into client environments, applying trust evaluation/guardrails and measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems to point to.
  • •Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, plus Azure OpenAI and agent orchestration (equivalent depth on another stack acceptable).
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship complete solutions.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
  • •Track record turning prototypes into production quickly with clear production paths.
