Mortgage Closer III

Close and fund conventional, construction, and government residential mortgage loans, preparing and auditing closing documents with high accuracy. Review signed documents and approve funding, ensure processing system data integrity, and coordinate with escrow/title companies and loan originators to meet regulatory requirements. Manage post-closing file audits and delivery-servicing packages, review HMDA worksheet, handle funding/exception reports, and serve as an escalation point while assisting with training.
