Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage one of the GTF programs from a collaboration finance perspective, including monthly actuals packages and quarterly forecast packages.
  • •Improve the performance of financial forecasting models and guide others on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts.
  • •Conduct monthly financial reviews with partners to answer questions and support partners’ accounting and planning decisions.
  • •Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, compliant reporting to collaborators per regulations and contractual agreements.
  • •Support financial close processes and drive controls improvements, standard work, and process efficiency across system processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
  • •3+ years of experience producing/using financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and statistical analysis for accuracy.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to be authorized to access information under the program/contract.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills.
