Key Responsibilities

•Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements, including pricing, discounting, term length, and usage commitments.
•Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk while ensuring alignment with financial guardrails.
•Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams to ensure adherence to contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance.
•Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ from quote building and approvals through Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure with data integrity and policy compliance.
•Collaborate across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity and support non-standard contract language alignment.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English with solid written and verbal communication skills.
•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or an analytical Go To Market role (or 5+ years analytical experience if no degree).
•Demonstrated analytical and financial skills, including ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience building financial models and scenario analyses.
•Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple high-velocity requests under tight deadlines.
