•Develop, support, and execute scaled programs to engage and support TikTok News Creators.
•Build and manage relationships with News Creators and Journalists to support News content strategies.
•Align on standardized measurement plans with the product team and track engagement and program progress to goals, iterating to optimize outcomes.
•Collaborate with operations teams to localize and launch creator programs across global markets.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, Legal) to operationalize and scale creator programs and engagement.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience).
•Understanding of the digital news ecosystem, journalism industry, and creator landscape, including experience with creator/content/media partnerships.
•Experience developing and executing end-to-end programs (planning, launch, stakeholder management, measurement, reporting) while managing multiple initiatives.
•Experience building and managing relationships with creators, journalists, publishers, media organizations, or other external partners.
•Fluency in Spanish and English and strong written/verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations and updates.
