Job Summary

Join the Treasury Technology team to design, develop, and support business-critical applications for securities lending, fixed-income financing, repo trading, FX hedging, and collateral management. You’ll collaborate daily with Treasury Desk and Portfolio Management teams, build microservices on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, and help improve performance and maintainability. You’ll also provide Level 3 support globally and mentor junior engineers within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and support treasury applications for securities lending, fixed-income financing, repo trading, financing cost, FX hedging, and collateral management.
•Collaborate with Treasury and Portfolio Managers to design and develop solutions that address business challenges and market changes.
•Build and improve microservices deployed to the cloud (AWS) using Docker and Kubernetes.
•Ensure the codebase is supportable, future-ready, and performant by building reusable components and contributing to shared libraries.
•Participate in Agile processes and provide Level 3 support globally while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of Java development experience.
•Strong design and architecture skills, with preference for microservices experience.
•Proven experience leading strategic technical initiatives from inception to completion.
•Experience with relational databases.
•Familiarity with messaging systems, with a preference for Kafka.
