Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and reinforce learning within the workplace.
  • •Provide guidance to insurance specialists in the branches and formulate/tactics/strategies.
  • •Monitor and review current sales process to improve channel efficiency and customer experience.
  • •Enhance capabilities and professionalism of the sales force to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage the performance and ensure professionalism and sales quality of team members

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or related discipline; CFA/CFP/CFMP an advantage
  • •Proven experience in retail banking with strong knowledge of investment products
  • •Pass Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE; fulfill requirements under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer-centric mindset
  • •Proficiency in both English and Chinese; able to manage complex interactions and work in Agile environment
