Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions for Windows endpoints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Leverage AI-native development tools across the full development lifecycle to deliver stable, high-quality output.
•Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, cross-team integration, and issue resolution to ensure customer success.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Automate and enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.
•Established a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Familiarity with Windows and ability to troubleshoot environment/system-related issues.
