Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned production and labor functions to support Smart Chicken poultry processing operations.
  • •Handle and process materials in accordance with food safety, environmental standards, and animal welfare requirements.
  • •Complete tasks such as trimming, sorting to meet FPS standards, and whole bird processing/specialty handling.
  • •Support product flow with rehanger labor and perform production flex assignments by rotating between positions.
  • •Adhere to food safety, quality, and workplace safety policies and clean/sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment.
