Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement a collectibles product assortment roadmap aligned to brand and business goals.
  • •Own collectibles assortment planning across footwear, Jibbitz™, and accessories; translate strategies into product briefs, line plans, and seasonal assortments.
  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, managing timelines and cross-functional dependencies for on-time launches.
  • •Partner with merchandising and planning on SKU architecture, pricing inputs, and lifecycle management.
  • •Lead and mentor at least one direct report/junior team member and act as the day-to-day product point person for the Collectibles category.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, product development, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • •8+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or product development, preferably in collectibles, footwear, accessories, toys, or pop-culture-influenced categories.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead product assortment execution across multiple product types.
  • •Strong understanding of collector communities, fan engagement, and limited-edition product dynamics.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product calendars; excellent communication to present direction to senior leaders.
