Drive new business development for Fresha by prospecting and closing partners in the beauty and wellness ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
•Call key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business (with some in-person meetings as appropriate).
•Present and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
•Contact qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM; serve as a lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
•Fluency in Italian.
•Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
•You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
•You can multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
