Key Responsibilities

  • •Adapt the WHO sexual misconduct risk assessment tool and develop the assessment methodology tailored to WHO Myanmar’s operational context, including emergency preparedness and response activities.
  • •Develop and submit an inception activity plan tailored to WHO Myanmar’s operational context.
  • •Conduct key informant interviews and focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders using the approved methodology.
  • •Present initial assessment findings, highlight operational gaps, and facilitate a technical sharing session with WHO Myanmar staff on results and proposed mitigation measures.
  • •Produce and submit the final WHO Sexual Misconduct Risk Assessment Report for 2026 and the final Risk Mitigation Plan for 2026, treating all information as strictly confidential.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum first university degree in management, public health, social sciences, gender, law, human rights, international development, international relations, or other development-related fields.
  • •5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sexual exploitation and abuse prevention, sexual harassment, gender-based violence, staff misconduct, or humanitarian affairs.
  • •Demonstrated experience conducting sexual misconduct risk assessments or PSEA/PRS assessments within UN agencies or international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).
  • •Good understanding of prevention of and response to sexual misconduct and gender-based violence, with integrity and objectivity.
  • •Fluency: excellent knowledge of English and Myanmar language.
