Support line coverage, changeovers, product flow and rotation, and perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for plant equipment and company assets. Maintain housekeeping and fill in for supervisor as needed.

•Monitor equipment to confirm proper operation and notify the supervisor of needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Ensure USDA, SSOP, HACCP, and production requirements are met.
•Support line operations including monitoring changeovers, product flow and rotation, and assisting with general housekeeping.
•Fill in for supervisor as required and give breaks to line personnel as needed due to absenteeism.
