Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop system-level test programs during silicon bring-up, sample generation, qualification, and mock production.
  • •Execute test program across internal and external teams, coordinating effectively across stakeholders.
  • •Support production for issue debugging and drive cost improvement efforts.
  • •Ensure test program alignment across all manufacturing stages and manage product test time, coverage, yield, and schedules.
  • •Investigate and debug customer issues, and initiate improvements to test flow excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of test program development and execution for production bring-up.
  • •Experience taking ASICs from 1st silicon through volume production.
  • •Experience with OSAT or subcontract manufacturing management (Sub-con management).
  • •Familiarity with PC architecture and solid understanding of system-level test systems.
  • •Bachelor’s with 5 years’ experience or master’s with 3 years’ experience; major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (software programming preferred).
