Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Organize and proactively steer construction projects from planning through execution in an interdisciplinary team.
•Develop feasibility studies and contribute to the client’s project management tasks.
•Take over sub-tasks of the client’s project leadership to relieve national and international clients.
•Lead and coordinate project participants including architects, engineers, site management and executing firms.
•Report project status to management and contribute to the acquisition and preparation of bids, while advancing our project management systems and digital tools.

Key Requirements

•University degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or a comparable field
•First professional experience in project management
•Experience in project controls such as organization, cost, schedule, quality and contracts
•Knowledge and experience with AHO, VOB and HOAI
•Site experience and technical know-how; strong communication and customer-oriented mindset; very good German and English skills
