Personal Banker Associate I - Tell City

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I by using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future financial needs. Build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments. Partner with business affiliates (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer for holistic solutions, while processing teller transactions and maintaining strong risk and customer-experience standards.
