Key Responsibilities

  • •Own process mining delivery to generate actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance.
  • •Administer and govern the SAP Signavio ecosystem, including platform operations, access, licenses, service health, compliance, and support resolution.
  • •Enable and govern SAP Signavio integrations and technical capabilities across SAP, SAP BTP, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • •Act as primary SAP Signavio technical owner by managing vendor escalations, governance, releases, and adoption of new platform capabilities.
  • •Drive security, privacy, risk, and compliance governance for SAP Signavio capabilities and support enterprise-wide adoption through enablement and community support.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years in SAP, process mining, Signavio, process intelligence, or enterprise platforms.
  • •5+ years hands-on SAP Signavio administration experience, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, and Process Intelligence environments.
  • •Experience managing user access, licenses, roles, and governance for Signavio capabilities.
  • •Strong SQL and data analysis skills, including data modeling and process reporting/KPI analytics.
  • •Experience managing SAP vendor relationships, support incidents, enhancement requests, and working with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
