Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and align FE production team reporting for line management, inventory management, and cycle time; own and maintain global inventory metrics, business processes, and reports.
  • •Consolidate fab metrics performance into executive metrics updates and partner with sites to communicate fab deviation to plan.
  • •Optimize inventory and line performance for the FE network by analyzing line performance and enabling weekly wafer starts/outs understanding.
  • •Lead initiatives to improve network fab metrics consolidation through automation and deploy BKM reports to increase fab/probe efficiency and productivity.
  • •Manage projects to meet deliverables and deadlines; identify production line knowledge gaps and support training roadmap and engineer capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •Serve as technical authority for NPI wafers and cycle time within the global network and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • •Analyze line performance and guide line direction using concepts of line management and inventory management to meet the NPI business plan.
  • •Develop forecasting and mitigation plans for roadblocks in NPI inventory management with site NPI managers.
  • •Collaborate across Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI metrics and business processes.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/probe area efficiency and productivity.
