Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers on complex projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
•Design and specify complex cooling and HVAC systems, including air distribution and hydronic systems, for data centers and mission-critical facilities.
•Develop building automation controls system specifications for large air distribution and heat rejection systems and oversee project documentation.
•Manage client communications, attend meetings, and present technical concepts to stakeholders and owners.
•Oversee project delivery, including proposals, budgets, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven history of Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
•7+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for high performing commercial, industrial or mission critical/data center buildings.
•Experience mentoring and training others in the field.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to interact well with others and contribute to high-quality technical and professional deliverables on projects and proposals.
