Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, shipping production-ready capabilities.
  • •Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into solutions that actually ship.
  • •Develop AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines and models on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, validating outputs.
  • •Maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and help move proofs-of-concept and MVPs to deployment quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including diagnosing prompt failures.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
