Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, working with a delivery team and a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready capabilities from day one. You’ll develop AI agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations), build and validate data pipelines (Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks), and create KPI dashboards to track deployment health and outcomes. You’ll also help turn proofs of concept into MVPs quickly.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, shipping production-ready capabilities.
•Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into solutions that actually ship.
•Develop AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
•Build and integrate data pipelines and models on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, validating outputs.
•Maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and help move proofs-of-concept and MVPs to deployment quickly.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
•Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including diagnosing prompt failures.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
