Job Summary

Define the strategic vision for all technical documentation, structuring and standardizing content to align with product roadmaps and user needs. Lead and grow a team of technical writers, partner with Product, Engineering, and Support, and champion a “docs-as-code” approach. Drive editorial and technical excellence using modern tooling (Markdown, Git, headless CMS, generative AI), enforce documentation guidelines, and measure impact through analytics and user feedback.

•Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of technical writers and prioritize documentation projects by impact.

•Create and enforce documentation guidelines for tone, structure, and accessibility across APIs, SDKs, tutorials, release notes, and FAQs.
