Key Responsibilities

  • •Own asset recovery processes end-to-end, from fault diagnosis and repair execution through functional validation and return-to-production release.
  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on manufacturing and test equipment to maintain operational reliability and uptime.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems using root-cause analysis to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Interpret and apply mechanical/electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings to isolate faults, support diagnostics, and repair activities.
  • •Maintain, calibrate, and inspect critical production assets (including welding systems, high-pressure pumps, thermal ovens, vacuum chambers) while following safety protocols (LOTO, confined space, hazardous energy control) and using internal maintenance systems.
