Job Summary

Monitor high-yield shipments and special loads from a 24/7 cargo operations center, using dashboards and KPIs to ensure on-time, safe and secure delivery across key routes. Investigate service failures and delays, coordinate with stakeholders on recovery options, and communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. Track irregularities, manage SLA compliance, support end-to-end shipment monitoring, and escalate operational safety and security risks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide live shipment monitoring for high-yield products and special loads, ensuring safe, secure, and on-time delivery on key routes.
•Investigate service failures and delays as first level of investigation and arrange efficient service recovery actions.
•Monitor and track special loads and products via platforms/system support to ensure processing on time as per SLA.
•Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders proactively about booking changes, gaps, deviations, and root causes to drive continuous improvements.
•Assess operational safety and security-related risks day-to-day and escalate medium or higher-level risks to appropriate management.

Key Requirements

•Educated to at least high school level, preferably diploma level in logistics, operations management or a related discipline with specialization in cargo handling operations.
•At least three years of cargo operations and/or cargo customer experience.
•Coordinating understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
•In-depth knowledge of industry standards and legal regulations for cargo operations.
•Industry training in DC/AVI/cargo operations/security/customer service and familiarity with cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations.
