Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned federal projects and task orders from initiation through completion, supporting agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, and the U.S. Air Force.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and technical project teams and provide day-to-day direction to project staff, technical leads, and subcontractors.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk registers.
  • •Monitor progress against contractual requirements, deliverables, milestones, and performance objectives, including risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • •Prepare internal and client meeting materials, facilitate meetings, track action items, and review deliverables for completeness and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field, plus at least eight years of relevant project management or project delivery experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

  • •Experience supporting or managing architectural, engineering, environmental, construction, or infrastructure projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality against contractual requirements.
