Own the technical relationship for enterprise customers from discovery through long-term adoption and account expansion. Use AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value architectural advisory.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
•Lead and/or oversee technical onboarding and implementation as the primary executive and engineering contact, including monitoring health and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth; identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using product usage data.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships through renewal and expansion.
•Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks such as RFP/security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
•Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
•Proven experience operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
•Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical details and C-suite business strategy.
