Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage third-party activities within IT COO, including strategy inputs, project management, vendor governance, reporting/analytics, and change transformation.
  • •Represent Technology Center China for vendor management and governance of 82 active vendors.
  • •Own third-party risk assessment in OneTPM, completing assessments and tasks with reference to performance assessment.
  • •Review and maintain fixed price and T&M engagements, track GB/GF concerns and escalations, and ensure issue resolution.
  • •Implement and maintain vendor performance dashboards, prepare/host business reviews with vendor partners, and lead global/regional strategic initiatives including ODC management.

Key Requirements

  • •Design portfolio strategy to optimize vendor mix and dependency.
  • •Lead complex deal initiation and business case assurance balancing cost, risk, resilience, and capability.
  • •Drive cost optimisation and financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Lead contracting, commercial management, negotiation, and deal structuring (SLAs, incentives, credits).
  • •Design vendor performance and governance frameworks (KPIs/SLAs/SIPs) and lead major incident governance and TPRM/TPEM risk activities.
