Execute Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) sample processing on real patient specimens by performing cfDNA extraction, nucleic acid quantification/quality checks, and library preparation. Run and troubleshoot workflows on NGS platforms (NextSeq, MiSeq i100, NovaSeq variants, Revio), maintain lab equipment per SOPs, and manage sample inventory and records using LIMS and spreadsheets. Ensure compliant, ethical handling of PHI and support process improvements in R&D Scientific Operations.
