Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate LOTO activities at the project site, ensuring proper isolation of hazardous energy sources.
  • •Review and implement approved LOTO procedures, isolation plans, and energy control requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Operations, HSE, and Commissioning teams to ensure safe isolation.
  • •Verify that isolation points are correctly identified, locked, tagged, and documented before work begins, including zero-energy condition verification.
  • •Maintain accurate LOTO registers/certificates/records and conduct LOTO briefings/toolbox talks while monitoring compliance and stopping unsafe work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a LOTO Supervisor.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical safety, energy isolation, LOTO procedures, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
  • •Experience in industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, power, water treatment, or desalination projects (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, isolation plans, and related technical documents.
