Job Summary

Lead end-to-end HR for a manufacturing plant, owning employee relations, HR policy implementation, and compliance. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, and HRIS accuracy. Partner with plant leadership to drive a high-performance culture, support workforce analytics and HR trends, and lead training and development initiatives. Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and strategic HR guidance reporting to the HR Director.

•Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support plant operations.
•Oversee employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing to ensure positive employee experience.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on legal compliance, employment law/HR regulation changes, and HR best practices.
•Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll accuracy using HRIS and automated systems.
•Lead employee engagement efforts and drive training and development to strengthen leadership capability and employee growth.
