Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through Small Business and Mass Affluent growth strategies, including client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Promote Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values and maintain a positive public image in the community.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics; partner with IRM and operations to complete required team training.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer registration and applicable NMLS background check.
