Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering design, CAD, and BIM support for building-services projects in the United States.
  • •Develop BIM models and detailed electrical engineering designs, including construction drawings.
  • •Create electrical power distribution system deliverables such as single-line diagrams, layouts, schedules, and specifications.
  • •Ensure electrical designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IECC, local authority requirements, and client standards.
  • •Collaborate with US-based engineers and project teams while managing multiple projects and meeting timelines/quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum experience delivering building services projects for the USA market.
  • •Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IES, and other relevant US electrical design standards.
  • •Ability to perform lighting design calculations and lighting system modelling in Revit.
  • •Experience preparing Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) single-line diagrams.
  • •Electrical BIM modelling of fixtures, equipment, and systems in accordance with NEC requirements.
