•Lead and develop a team to balance enforcement effectiveness with creator experience, minimizing unnecessary disruption to LIVE creators.
•Drive high-impact initiatives to improve creator experience within enforcement and moderation systems.
•Define and scale creator education initiatives to improve understanding of policies and enforcement mechanisms.
•Own core creator experience metrics and drive continuous improvement using data-driven strategies.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science) and communicate clearly across teams and leadership to ensure aligned delivery.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree.
•5+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains.
•3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
•Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products with a strong understanding of content ecosystems.
•Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (and/or other data analysis/visualization tools).
