Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and serve customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience and guiding clients to the brand.
  • •Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools; achieve sales targets and KPIs through cross-selling.
  • •Ensure sales floor and visual display standards while complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • •Perform stock management activities including daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, counting and stock-takes, and product flow tracking through SAP.
  • •Support operational needs such as minimizing stock losses and theft, managing returns/transfers/e-commerce delivery, and handling repairs and markdown-related stockroom activities.

Salary: EUR 30,022 - 45,000 annually
