Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare VAT calculations and informative returns and review them for accuracy.
  • •Enter VAT returns into the tax administration service portal and monitor payments are made on time.
  • •Archive working papers and statements produced during the process.
  • •Review Eaton Mexico VAT balances not properly validated, including analyzing VAT determination and VAT withheld.
  • •Follow up VAT refund/audit activities by validating documentation, managing authorizations, submitting requests, answering authority information requests, and monitoring until resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or experience in tax and accounting.
  • •1–2 years of experience in Mexican Value Added Tax (desirable).
  • •Strong English communication skills.
  • •Excellent Excel skills.
  • •Desirable experience with SAP/Oracle.
